The tuition fees outlined below apply to the 2026–2027 academic year for Rugby School Hanoi.

Fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted in line with the development of the school.

Fee Structure

Tuition fees are payable on an annual or termly basis.

A discount is available for families who choose to pay the full annual fee in advance. Details of payment schedules and deadlines will be provided by the Admissions team upon enrolment

What the fees include

Tuition fees are inclusive of:

  • Textbooks and learning materials
  • Stationery
  • Selected co-curricular activities and clubs
  • Morning snack
  • School uniform (basic items)
  • Yearbook
  • Personal accident insurance

Details of specific inclusions may vary by year group.

Additional costs

The following items are not included in the tuition fees:

  • School bus service
  • Optional extra-curricular activities and trips
  • Additional uniforms
  • External examination fees (where applicable in later years)

Payment terms

Tuition fees may be paid:

  • Annually (with applicable discount), or
  • Termly, in three instalments across the academic year

Invoices will be issued in advance of each payment period.

Late enrolment

For students enrolling after the start of the academic year, tuition fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis depending on the term of entry.

Withdrawal and Refund of Fees

In the event of withdrawal, parents are required to provide written notice to the school.

Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated in accordance with the School’s fee policy and the timing of withdrawal.

Payment method

Payments should be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods as advised by the school.

All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided on the invoice.
